This “book” idea is something I’d been meaning to get into for a long while. Originally I’d reached out to Lochnair with the idea as he’d helped me through some vy{os,atta}-isms when I’d first started messing around with EdgeOS. The gap between my fumbling around and his intuition for how these complex systems interact was inspiring. Some years later I’ve been afforded the opportunity to check off many items on the learning to-do list, enough that I should openly document some things.

Many people have supported and assisted me in my inquiries, often times suffering my obstinance as I digest a concept. For all of you who may stuble across this, I greatly appreciate your willingness to mentor and your passion for the efforts your support.

There is a fear that this is of extremely limited use given how opinionated I am with technology choice, but for those who traverse the same paths it likely will be a benifit.
